They work but you have to be patient

I've used several different exfoliating foot masks over the years. This is a fairly typical product of its kind. You will receive a set of plastic booties filled with a small amount of liquid. You put them on, hold them for a while, then rinse them off and wait for the magic to do its job. It's all in Korean with a few pictures on the back showing you how to use it. They have very good listing instructions that are very easy to understand. Cut the top off, gently slide your foot in, slip on a pair of ankle boots or socks to hold them on your feet (unlike others I've tried, this pair didn't have an ankle closure) and sit in little. I've found that it's usually better to sit about twice as long as recommended. I believe this description says 1-1 1/2 hours. I left them on for 2.5 hours while watching TV and journaling. It tingles a little but doesn't hurt. Then you have to be patient and wait. This is NOT an instant process. Around the fifth day you start noticing that your feet are REALLY looking ugly and cracked. This makes it clear that the peeling will start in a few days. And boy are you clean! It's a bit weird and uncomfortable to have flaky skin on your legs, but it really makes them nice and smooth for months afterwards! The amount of peeling depends on how dry your feet were to begin with: lots of dry skin means lots of peeling, good skin means little light peeling. The peeling will last for several days, so make sure you don't plan to go to the beach or pool or wear strappy shoes. Your legs will be too ugly to see. LAUGH OUT LOUD
