I recently made a purchase from MINICO's online store, and I am quite unhappy with it. The quality of the merchandise I received was below standard and it did not match the website's description. Additionally, the device was mispackaged and some parts were missing. Customer service was unhelpful and disrespectful when I tried to contact them to remedy the problem. Furthermore, using the website was a frustrating process. The product descriptions omitted crucial information, and the search feature was unreliable. Additionally, there were hidden expenses during the checkout process that weren't made clear until the very end. Overall, I had a frustrating and disappointing experience using MINICO's online store. Due to the subpar product quality and customer service, I would not suggest this store to anyone. From a business that specialized in arts, crafts, and sewing materials, I anticipated more.
