Review on Mazama Quikstream Multi-Function Water Pressure Kit for Hydration Bladders: High-Pressure Pump, Universal Squirt System, and Equipment Wash Solution by James Broome

I've been using the Cascade Designs Platypus line of hydration and water filtration systems for a long time. I needed extra extra fittings and bought this Mazama kit just for valves and spiked jets at a very reasonable price. I've accumulated many hydration tubes over the years and needed the flexibility to adapt my gravity filtration to my Big Zip bags. I am currently using a squeeze pump to access "excess" camping water from a Platypus bag that has been left in the fridge to cool, not for its intended purpose. I like the design that allows you to unscrew both ends and clean the inside of the pump cylinder. I think I can also use this pump to backwash my gravity filter. I will definitely consider buying other Mazama products in the future.
