I bought these heaters that advertise 30w. I connected each headlamp to a 12.6 DC car battery and measured the power draw of 1.18 amps, which is only 14.86 watts, a far cry from the advertised 30 watts. I bought the same spotlights in 2017. calculates up to 26.46W, which is still not 30W but close enough. And the amount of light the 2017 bulbs put out is twice as much as the bulbs I've bought now. I'm so mad I bought it as a replacement. They look the same and cost the same, but they don't put out as much light as they should compared to what they used to be. I feel cheated.
