Review on 📀 Copystars DVD Duplicator: High-Speed 1 to 1 CD-DVD Burner Tower by Andre Parsons

Shipping was quick, product seems to work fairly well. My problem is that the product description is incorrect. The product description states that the copier is suitable for use abroad because it supports various voltages from 110V to 240V. Upon arrival and unpacking, the instruction manual states that the copier has a switch to switch between 110v and 240v. But in reality the copier has no switch and the power cord is a 110V cord. So I had to contact Revain Chat who confirmed that the duplicator is 110v. Where I am I need 240v. So I had to buy a $40 step down transformer to use the duplicator. A very misleading description. Disappointing. Please correct the item description.
