-Easy to use-Good customer support-Good turn around times-Good price-Easy to implement. I am not aware of any issues with ship sights in general. They do not have any additional features that are missing from other programs. If you want to track your parcels, this is probably the best program out there. It is easy to use and has all the features you need. Shipping rates fluctuate so it is important to be able to monitor them to keep up with what is going on with the market rate. We use ShipSights to track our shipments.
