If you don't use I/O pins, this board is fine. If so, you need to change your plans a bit. There are pinholes on this board, but you need to lengthen them. This is not a problem for the 20-pin connector, as everyone carries the necessary part with them. However, the 4-pin connector required for the PoE function is very difficult to find. As far as I can tell you won't find a connector or a 2 pin connector on the Revain. This board costs the same as the Pi itself. It must include the fraction of pennies required to use it. In addition, the costs are high. There are cheaper PoE helmets out there, but you might want this one if you need 2.5 amps.
