I couldn't get this pathetic piece of brick to work. It was one question after another.1. Device could not be registered. It took a few weeks for the support team to respond and give me another link to register my device. Finally I registered it online and tried to use the website to download software updates. desktop application. No data or instructions to tell me it's for Windows, I tried downloading it on MAC. So I switched to a Windows device and downloaded the app. If you download the app, you will need to register again to use the app. Did this and it looks like I'm set up in the desktop app. Now I can't download or set any settings in the app or via the browser. So I bought 2 additional cars for about $160. I can't download this program either. It's a piece of crap, and the support stinks even worse. Save your money, this company is a joke and only takes money from people. I have read other reviews with similar issues and nothing is being done. AMAZON should remove this crap from the site.
