Great for pre-cooking
Over the years I have learned that I can enjoy more time when I can prepare a large meal ahead of time for camping. So now I pre-cook pulled pork, tacos, spaghetti, etc., and when it's time to eat, all I have to do is heat them up. I now put them in the oven on a baking sheet as the bottom can burn if your oven is too high but still works and I use them over and over again.
