Review on AA-Sewing Machine: Portable Embroidery Machine with 200 Stitches & 8 Buttonhole Patterns by Angela Rodriguez

This machine is amazing. I've actually owned this model for a few months now but my wife wanted a car of her own for our summer home and when the opportunity arose to order another I jumped at the opportunity as I already knew we were going to get something great . Over the years I've used many cheap beginner's machines under $100 that have maybe a dozen stitches, one speed and nothing more. I think they were ok, but I found them difficult to work with and the results weren't impressive. It wasn't until I tried Uten for the first time that I realized how bad the cheaper cars are. They are *nothing* compared to them. The Uten is good for beginners - in fact, I'd recommend it for beginners over any Revain machine under $100 - but it's also powerful enough to satisfy more advanced users. Personally, I only use half a dozen stitches during my edits, so the 200 available stitches is overkill for me, but I'm happy to have them when I need them. I also love the large number of sewing feet included in the accessory box at the foot of the machine. Again, I really only use the standard foot here, but it's nice to know that with the right equipment I can easily sew a blind hem when needed. The new car goes into the country tomorrow, but I've been driving my own almost every day for about four months and I'm still on my first needle. With cheaper machines I reckon they might need to change the stylus every two weeks because they are so poorly designed that the stylus quickly deforms and hits the record. There are no problems with Utena. This thing is literally a well-oiled machine. The only minor issue I had in four months of daily use was that my thread once got a little tangled (my fault, I was careless) and caused a snag that caused the machine to throw a recurring error, never mind how carefully I set it all up. . The solution as I found on the internet was to turn off the machine and wait 15 minutes for the error to go away, after that it was as good as new. This is the easiest 5 star review I have ever given. Uten is such a pleasure to use, so easy and hassle-free, it has really improved my quality of life. Not much, maybe because my life doesn't revolve around sewing, but it has made my hobby less of a chore and much, much more fun. It gets my highest and most enthusiastic recommendations.
