Easy to set up!

Not really a beginner's machine if you're older, but for today's tech-savvy kids this is a great place to start! I bought it because my old car (aJanome) and this one looked the same online. Well it's not exactly the same, in fact it does a lot more and I've yet to try it all. This is the second one I've received because the first one was defective and the thread kept getting tangled in the spool area or snapped at the top. You can learn a lot with it

I start to sew. I sewed at Home Ec. class decades ago. I also tried 3 smaller machines. manual type and two mini machines. This one isn't as beginner-friendly as the other three, but has a lot more potential once you learn what to do. It doesn't come with a spool of thread unlike others I've had. I guess they are not suitable for newbies who don't already have stock. There is also no needle threader other than the one on the machine. It comes with a pink pre-rolled spool in the base, but it…

The best car I've ever used.

This machine is amazing. I've actually owned this model for a few months now but my wife wanted a car of her own for our summer home and when the opportunity arose to order another I jumped at the opportunity as I already knew we were going to get something great . Over the years I've used many cheap beginner's machines under $100 that have maybe a dozen stitches, one speed and nothing more. I think they were ok, but I found them difficult to work with and the results weren't impressive. It…
