I love how cute this mug is but I am so disappointed that my mugs arrived damaged. The first one I ordered had a paint issue and Harry Potter had a large wrinkle on his face. I'm sending the first one back and the second one was sent almost immediately as a replacement. Looked great - no paint issues! When I was using it for my tea this morning I found a leak coming from a thin crack that started at the bottom and went up through the side of the Hermoine. I will order another one (the third time is nice, right?) and will change my rating depending on whether I receive an undamaged mug. I love it and want to be able to use it!
