I got some relief from Morton's neuroma forefoot pain with the first pair - about 3 hours. They are too soft and soft to walk more than a few steps on without breaking them (they deform, compress and stretch beyond what the fragile little toe straps can handle and break, then the remaining tube of the loose silicon pad under the ball of the foot and you will limp). I tried a second pair under self-adhesive tape, covered with a tight inner sock and then an outer sock (hoping there would be slippage between the two layers of the sock, not a silicone pad) - but no, same problem. Great concept, poor material/design execution.
