Review on Royaluxe Wine Opener Accessory Corkscrew by Robert Johnson

I have a wine tasting place and we open a lot of bottles of wine. We were disappointed with this product. I understand that on average we open more bottles than usual in a week for most personal purposes. but after a month of use we could no longer remove the cork from the corkscrew. Now I have to unscrew the corks to remove them from the corkscrew. The corkscrew is pretty good at removing corks from bottles, but having to do all the manual work of unscrewing the cork from the bottle opener really defeats the purpose. Right? I could just use a "regular" corkscrew. The metal bottle cutter lasted a little longer. Needless to say I already have to replace it. If you don't open a lot of bottles I don't think you will be disappointed. But we open quite a few bottles a week. Sorry for the bad rating, it just isn't industrial enough for our use.
