Dead on Arrival is the best in my rating
Monitor was dead on arrival after opening. The screen flickered horribly and white noise jumped up and down the screen rendering it completely unusable. Requested an exchange but hasn't come in a month. Update: The replacement monitor will arrive at the end of the week. I will update the rating when I test a new monitor.
