I really like how easy it was for us to set up our forms online (we didn't have any templates) as well as setting reminders about them with email notifications so we can see when they were received by customers or clients. And that's pretty much everything! The only thing i dislike is having certain fields available but not others depending upon what section you're viewing at any given time - which could be sorted out if more features are added. It would also help make things easier for those who aren't computer savvy because there isn't always an easily accessible tutorial/howto guide from the team behind this product. This allows me to send reminder emails automatically without needing someone else doing my job.
