I really like how easy it was for us to set up our forms online (we didn't have any templates) as well as setting reminders about them with email notifications so we can see when they were received by customers or clients. And that's pretty much everything! The only thing i dislike is having certain fields available but not others depending upon what section you're viewing at any given time - which could be sorted out if more features are added.

I like that this has a lot of customizable options. It's not overly complicated so it can be used by multiple people without much difficulty. The customer support is great. They are always there when you need them. Sometimes the system gets confusing or buggy. Try it out first before buying. Nothing so far! They are great with our customers though their customer support has been awesome as well. I haven’t ran into any issues yet but if that happens we can always get back together for some one else problem resolution/solution because they have such an established relationship (they do this already). We did not make use or benefit from them during my time working there - just now learning about it when looking at other solutions out of necessity due to budget cuts by former employers
