The ease of use. It's intuitive for both our internal users as well as external clients that we work with. Our team has been able to create forms faster than ever before and they're always updating/improving their products! We have yet to find anything about this product at time of writing but if there are any issues please let us know because it could really help you out! Nothing so far! There doesn't seem to be much competition here - just try everything out yourself/work closely with your sales rep! We've reduced form processing times by over 50%. This saves me countless hours each day. Also provides additional information regarding who submitted the request within a given period of time.
