Update 8-2-20: Unfortunately my previous review was cancelled. I received a cartridge that ran out of red after a few prints and I contacted the company and they just said thank you for the feedback. All colors are now printed with lines and stripes *see. Photo* Left is an HP cartridge I had to buy in a panic because that ink (right) didn't work even though my color sensor showed the color was still full. It's a shame because I'm delighted with this company and can expect a bad cartridge from time to time, but the fact that they don't even try to fix it is an issue I can't deal with. If you don't mind your prints running lines then feel free to buy this, but if you're in the printing business like me the prints should be perfect. It seems that HP's steep price tag isn't just that. Previous Review: If anyone is looking for replacement ink for printers. I can't say enough how much I love this company. Your product and packaging is amazing, not to mention it's a much better deal than buying an HP or Cannon replacement. When you read about the company and the contents of each cartridge, they talk about a new chip that keeps track of ink levels. I found it surprisingly accurate! As long as you maintain this level of quality and competitive prices you will have a very loyal customer in me.
