I use beagle mix for my puppy. She annoys my 15 year old beagle like hell so when the little one needs a break this is where she goes. Very good construction. I like the tarpaulin material on the top and the fully waterproof nylon bottom (she peed in it twice with no side effects other than having to wash her toys). The nylon mesh on the sides could eventually get chewed through, but the canvas top allows me to carefully sew in the 36" x 84" Phifer Pet Screen mesh to protect it from bites. With the zipper up, she can't escape. Mind you, this is a 9 pound pup, so she keeps turning him into a hamster. It would be nice if there was an extra clasp to keep it in place. Engouh space for my beagle and full size 32lb 15 inch pup (hoping some time together without running around would make them best friends). I bought it last week for $29.99 with free prime shipping. for $34.99 - I would say it goes up to $44.99. Very happy with this purchase.
