Works well. Does not disturb. updated 24.11. The coiled cable creates a side load on the computer USB port. This weakens the USB port, which is not good. If you're using this on a desktop, you can plug the cable into something in front of your computer and it won't be a problem. Use it with a laptop and you're screwed. The USB port housing is not flush with the computer. It's like an OEM cable, so there's no difference. Every time you pick up the microphone, put the spring on and unplug the USB connector on the side. Not good. Conclusion. Great for desktop use. Much better than an unwound cable. Bad for laptop use.
