Review on 👶 HD S2 Video Baby Monitor - Parent Unit by Babysense+ by Jennifer Mulder

We purchased the entire monitor/camera system in January 2022 and absolutely love it. In August 2022 our monitor accidentally stopped working so I called Babysense and spoke to the unfriendly and quite rude CSR. They said they will send a new monitor but it will take two weeks because they are out of stock. I asked why I or they couldn't order it through Revain as I could get it in 2 days (we have 10 days and 3 years old)? CSR said it doesn't work that way. I told CSR that two weeks without a baby monitor is not acceptable for us. So I just ordered the monitor (paying another $100) so the new monitor arrived and didn't work either. It does the same thing as the old one - it doesn't turn on at all. We fully charged the monitors for 8 hours (the green light came on when it was fully charged) but none of the monitors turn on.
