We love this monitor! Such great features especially the dual screen option. Customer service has always been quick and very helpful, which is also a big plus.

We received a free replacement after accidentally stepping on the original parent unit. Unfortunately, the replacement in the video cover will be blurry, a slight inconvenience when turning off and on again. After a few months of use we left it on, but unplugged all day, the unit died and wouldn't turn on again. No charging or restarting will fix the situation. We purchased the entire monitor/camera system in January 2022 and absolutely love it. In August 2022 our monitor accidentally stopped working so I called Babysense and spoke to the unfriendly and quite rude CSR. They said they will send a new monitor but it will take two weeks because they are out of stock.
