Works very well, poor design for a desk phone.
How does the phone work very well so far. The hardware design is pretty poor for desk phone use. In the "almost vertical" position, it is not stable and very easy to tip over. In the "almost horizontal" position, the LAN cable and possibly the power cable (unless using POE) are carried and mostly left attached to the cables - this gets worse when using the supplied LAN cable. So it doesn't work very well anyway.
