Review on Columbia Splash A Little Women's Rain Jacket by Brittany Howard

Good buy! I'm so glad I went with it. First I ordered XL and swam in it! Came back for L and it fits perfectly. The cut of this coat is very flattering and feminine. I find that many raincoats are very functional but not aesthetically pleasing. This coat is perfect and as I am ordering ALL in black I was contemplating buying another just to have an alternative colour. We've just had a super rainy weekend and this coat came in handy! Even in strong, fast winds, the hood stayed in place most of the time and definitely kept me dry. Unlike the rubber raincoats of yesteryear, this coat "holds on" to the raindrops so the raindrops don't splash all over the floor when you go in and take it off. I threw mine over the chair and the drops of water that were on the armrests and back of the chair evaporated instead of just dripping onto the floor. I never thought that this type of technology would be used in the manufacture of coats, but Columbia will definitely be the company to come up with it! Great coat, light weight, keeps me dry and doesn't wet my house. 5 stars indeed!
