The product itself is great but the specs (in the box or on the support site) for additional M.2 slots or RAM -Compatibility for upgrades. I reached out to Predator Support regarding the maximum storage capacity per M.2 slot, noting that some models have only been tested with 512GB drives and some customers have reported that 2TB drives are compatible . I was told that the max capacity for each slot is only 256GB, which is clearly not true as this model comes with a 512GB drive. I also asked what speed each slot would run at when both are full, as some motherboards don't support two full-speed PCIe devices, like the X570 Aorus Master in my desktop computer. I did not get an answer. Edit: I took a chance and installed 2TB 970 EVO Plus NVMe, 1TB 970 EVO Plus NVMe and 32GB HyperX Impact @ 2933MHz RAM. Everything works perfectly and I'm happy with the car overall. Along with the support issues and lack of technical documentation, battery life is another issue - even in the default configuration, the battery lasts just over 2 hours.
