I think it's worth the money
Pros: Looks pretty high end. I think the thermal protection/reflectivity will be worth the cost. Cons: It dangles a bit on my 2011 E450 cab. He will not spill the water well where it is really needed. Water will flow below from above. I'm not sure what to do with it; You can still use magnets, a seamstress π, maybe a rubber band to tighten. I don't expect "waterproof" though.
