I received my frying pan a few days ago and checked it right away. The first impression of the pan was good. From packaging to execution, Misen did everything right. The only thing I complain about is the cleaning after use. When I first used it I let the pan cool and it was more difficult to clean than my other pans. I've found that rinsing the pan with hot water helps a lot when it comes to removing stubborn stains. In addition, the result of my steaks and roasts was perfect. It has a very good heat distribution and when heated correctly, the food does not burn. I am very happy with my new main pan!
