This is my second one. The last one died from a coating that formed on the top and could not be scrubbed away. It gave 3 seasons of constant bubbling. what a trooper. Current one is likewise. determined to bubble away even on cloudy days. no matter what! Love its persistence. I use it as a garden feature. floating in a large bowl. I use the lowest spraying pump so water is not broadcast out of the bowl. The floatation 'straws' are such a simple fix to keep it from getting hung up on the side of the bowl. A nice inexpensive feature for the garden. I will no doubt keep purchasing this in future.
