Review on OXO 26191 Good Grips Tenderizer by Jacqueline Garrabrant

This item specifically states that it is dishwasher safe. So I put mine in the dishwasher before use and didn't notice the small silver sticker on the silver part of the item saying it's not dishwasher safe. Why should I? Like other buyers, I had black spots on the item that I had to remove with a Brillo wipe. I would like to throw it away but I can still try to use it. Correct the product description!
