In general, I am satisfied with the purchase
A brand new device came with chargers and cables. The tablet works like a charm, but if it doesn't have a SIM card, you'll need Wi-Fi to download apps. Sometimes it doesn't connect to the WiFi properly. The only real problem I have is the picture quality. It's pretty bad, but not the worst I've ever seen.
