Excellent quality, rounded needles (fakes have sharp ends). I wish there were some sort of assembly instructions included so most buyers can use them as a guide. Note to readers: the collar should fit very snugly on the head and not around the neck (like a necklace). ).When removing/adding links or turning the collar on/off, remove the middle link (with links at both ends). It is very difficult to connect the end links so that they match the other links (this is not a design flaw, rather the inflexible ends create too much resistance to easily pinch). When correcting a dog with this collar, pull it horizontally in relation to the dog. shoulder, not up. The correction should be a slight jerk, not a strong pull. You can hurt your dog by applying too much pressure, he should NOT hurt. There is no need to make more than a little effort as the inconvenience to your dog will be enough.
