Review on GuestTouch Reputation Management by Ans Brownlee

I love that you can see what guests are saying about my business in one place! It's really easy for me as an owner or manager because it allows us access at anytime day or night even if we're not there ourselves!! The only thing i dislike sometimes when using this system is how long certain things take which makes some people think our internet connection isn't good enough but once they realize its just taking longer than normal then everything works great :) Great customer service too.

We have had so many issues lately where customers were complaining about something going wrong. With other companies who don’t offer such amazing support like them (which has been getting better recently) these problems would be much harder to track down without their help.
