Terrible customer service
The package arrived and after drilling, preparing and assembling we got to the hydraulic arm stage and it was broken so the main part didn't work. I have contacted customer service several times. You never answered. I left messages with my contact details, they never called back. I wrote an email, they never emailed me back. I had a distinct feeling that they were trying to end the 30 day warranty. So my bike is still sitting in the corner of the apartment, my zero-gravity bike rack is broken, and I wasted $200. It wasn't a good experience for me at all. That's very bad because I really liked the concept.
