Review on Pirelli Ice Zero 2 225/55 R17 101T winter by Adam Czajkowski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The quality is at the highest level, be sure to try it.

I took it in the fall, with the aim of rolling it on asphalt. R18 225/45, rather low. Auto sedan on full drive. I rolled a trip on asphalt in the region of 500 km, and then another 500 km in a gentle mode. Further in the course of use for 3 months already - not a single spike fell out, well, or maybe I didn’t find it, although I was looking for it. Holds well. Ice, snow, asphalt. Constant trips from St. Petersburg to Hong Kong time, to the cottage, etc., rolled over the winter about 6,000 km already. More than satisfied. There is a drawback in the form of noise in the region of 80 km / h and on asphalt. the problem is solved at a faster speed :) otherwise there are no questions at all. Yes, not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. After the ultra-grips of goodir, in which all the spikes flew out during the season with my driving style (give a corner, start sharply), this is heaven and earth.

Pros
  • Excellent grip on all-wheel drive, for half of the winter with drifting and drifting, on asphalt and ice - no spikes fell out
Cons
  • Strong noise at certain speeds, but at the same time in other ranges - not audible
