A little pricey but worth it

For what is, it seems expensive. But it's just what I needed and I couldn't find it anywhere else so I think it was worth it. I bake bread in it and love the lid for the proofing phase. I let my bread rise in the oven and it dries out without a lid. Because this lid is high, the bread can rise almost to a full loaf before I have to remove the lid.

Pros

LOTS OF SPACE: It's hard to find a baking pan that folds easily! The flat, handle-less surface means you can stack multiple glass microwave bowls on top of each other in your fridge or cupboard for efficient, space-saving storage.
