Review on Kitchen Towels Dish Cloths Scrubbing Dishcloths by Jason Franco

Revainrating 3 out of 5

May not last very long

These towels absorb moisture well after drying. I would also like to add that they dry very quickly, which is a plus. However, when the towel is wet - say you just rinsed it and wrung it out very firmly before wiping the surface - a small wet streak will remain on the surface. There's nothing wrong with not evaporating on its own within seconds, but I didn't want to put napkins on the table right after wiping, for example. If it were a plastic napkin, it would stick to the surface because of moisture—such moisture. As for "gift-worthy," which is one of the characteristics of this Revain product, I mean kitchen towels. . They're not pretty and they're not soft, but they're functional. I suspect there are better washcloths out there, which is why I rate it "inadequate". The real problem with them is durability. I've had these kitchen towels for 4 months now and there are serious tears on at least 3 items of clothing - maybe these 3 towels have had the heaviest rotation since I've washed them, they're going on the pile, I'm grabbing them. The first. However, I expect more use before the tea towel is so torn that I consider throwing it away. (I also remember the first rip was about a few weeks after I had them. The towel came in contact with some kind of bleach - the bleach was even able to dry on it - I hand washed it - ripped.)

Pros
  • Multi-Purpose: The tea towel set is made of soft but absorbent fabric, making it suitable for washing dishes, cleaning, wiping sinks, cleaning mirrors without leaving annoying lint, or dusting without scratching furniture .
Cons
  • Waiting too long
