Ideal for reusable filters. They don't have a lid, which I still prefer as the refillable filter they come with has its own lid. I buy these disposable filter cartridges because they save a lot of time and effort on cleaning. You just take them out and throw them away and you don't have to clean the inside of the filter basket. These filters, like others I've used, are small compared to most reusable pods. So I fill 2 capsules and brew at 6oz to make a 12oz cup of coffee and the potency is perfect. These are personal preferences.
