Handy for disposable filters

I bought these because I read a study that said paper filters filter out a certain cancer-causing chemical. So I bought them to use with the reusable K-cup adapter. They make cleaning really easy. You simply tap the bottom of the container and it falls out clean. Rinse briefly, put in the dishwasher and you're done.

is missing some coffee filter

At first I liked not having so much paper hanging over them, but when I used them they often "fly" off the bottom parts of the cup due to the water pressure , and there will be some coffee grounds in my coffee. I then tried to lower the filter as much as possible to prevent blow out. It worked, but sometimes the filter went down too far and ground coffee got into my coffee. This happens about 30% of the time. YMMV.

Ideal for reusable filters. They don't have a lid, which I still prefer as the refillable filter they come with has its own lid. I buy these disposable filter cartridges because they save a lot of time and effort on cleaning. You just take them out and throw them away and you don't have to clean the inside of the filter basket. These filters, like others I've used, are small compared to most reusable pods. So I fill 2 capsules and brew at 6oz to make a 12oz cup of coffee and the potency is…
