Good quality. These are actually ATO fuses (open bottom) which I believe will make a difference in marine applications where there might be fuel vapors or something that could ignite if the fuse were lit open. Otherwise the quality is much better than the ones I bought on eBay. Very happy with them. Not as good as, for example, a Bussman fuse or some other well-known brands, but they will be many times more expensive.
