I am very disappointed with this product. I've read the instructions carefully and a few times to see if I'm missing something, but it's basically build, fill and enclose. It generated some moisture through the tube and then began to flow copiously through the body. I did some troubleshooting and the instructions said the cap wasn't on properly if it was leaking. The way I see it, it's impossible to put the cover on incorrectly. I've tried several times to put the lid on in different ways, but to no avail. It leaked so badly it flooded the shelf which then poured all the water straight onto the outlet in the wall and shorted out. I'll try again and if it doesn't work I'll send it back. The reviews I read were great so I had high hopes. Let's go back to the beginning to keep our chameleon and its terrarium nice and wet.
