I purchased this product, it is very easy to set up and very easy to use, but within two minutes of filling the tank and putting it on the pedestal I have water everywhere , try to sort it out about 15 minutes before you figure it out. Inside is a float with a nipple on the end that pushes against the bottom of the tank to release water into the base to create mist. This nipple is too long and allows the water to flow further down. This humidifier is very easy to fill and use. Simply remove the lid, drop the water into the water, turn the dial and you're in business. Or maybe not if you have the problem I have. Great little smoke machine but unfortunately didn't always work. The float device inside which was supposed to shut the machine down when there was no water in it was VERY heavy meaning the float often stayed on the bottom even when it contained a lot of water causing the machine to shut down. .
