I enjoyed this fan for the first few months. Then, out of nowhere, the letter E2 flashed on the display panel. I didn't think to take a picture of it for our records, just unplugged the fan and plugged it back in to get the fan working again. This happened twice more within a month or so; then the fan began to make a loud grinding noise during operation. I contacted the company and luckily they sent a replacement as soon as I submitted what they asked for. And luckily it still had a 1 year warranty. Update: We received a replacement a few months ago and are taking great care with this fan to ensure that neither the toddler nor the pillow have attacked it to cause problems... after a few months of normal use. Use, it started making a noise during operation...no more silent fan. Don't waste your money on it.
