I will not be returning it but it didn't work at all. My husband tried and tried and although he seemed to turn on, there was never any fan action.

Although the white sound was good for sleeping and the remote was convenient, it didn't cool the room and wasn't strong at all. If you are looking for a powerful fan for a hot room I would not recommend it

I just didn't get close to it. There are hundreds of the best fans out there for a fraction of the price, don't be fooled into buying this cheap fake.

I got the fan, it turned on for 15 minutes, turned off and never started again. The company sent me a replacement and this fan was used a couple of times over the course of 2 days, turned off and never turned back on. I sent both fans back, not a good product but the company's customer service was excellent.

I've wanted to get a Dyson fan for a long time, but it didn't fit my budget. When I saw this I thought it might be a good alternative. I don't like strong winds blowing straight at me, but I like air circulation in the room. This fan creates enough cool breeze without being annoying or blowing a strong breeze in my face. I placed it on a table so it could circulate the air coming out of the air conditioning vent.

I enjoyed this fan for the first few months. Then, out of nowhere, the letter E2 flashed on the display panel. I didn't think to take a picture of it for our records, just unplugged the fan and plugged it back in to get the fan working again. This happened twice more within a month or so; then the fan began to make a loud grinding noise during operation. I contacted the company and luckily they sent a replacement as soon as I submitted what they asked for. And luckily it still had a 1 year…

Probably the worst fan I've ever bought! You would think that for $140 this thing would be gold. NOT CORRECT! In the first few days of use, it starts turning off and showing an error code. I checked it out and it was an overcurrent code, which wasn't possible because I plugged it into an extension cord that doesn't allow those conditions.
