I'm so lucky to have this shelf. I have a very large farm sink and it fits just right - many brands were too short to reach the full length of the sink. Not only does this stretch, it's easy to roll up and store away when you're done using it, and the silicone edge grips surfaces like granite and porcelain perfectly. I rarely need the full width of the rack so I used sharp scissors to lightly cut it in half and it's perfect. When I need more space, I just put the other half next to it and it works perfectly. Very convenient for those who have very little desk space. Ideal for quickly drying cutlery, containers, bowls and other items. To be honest, you can't load it up with a lot of heavy paraphernalia like ceramic plates or those heavy 16-ounce blue glass tumblers. It's just not there for that. I would give five stars if he could handle it! But as long as you know you're going in, you'll really appreciate the convenience this switch offers. And the price was true to size!
