This golf mat is a high quality product. The look and feel is very authentic. We can say that high quality materials were used for the construction. The coarse grass portion mixes very well with artificial turf from other brands. I wanted to create a very relaxing and fun atmosphere with the putting green. For me, the greatest value would be if it were permanently installed outside. It is very important to follow the same guidelines when laying artificial grass. The need to remove the existing turf, dig up the dirt to replace it with gravel, sand and a weed barrier. I chose to add real mugs to get the classic hit sound. I also ordered a flag for some fun. Life is tough all over the world, we should do our best to think positive and have fun the old fashioned way. The support is outstanding! I've had several conversations with Bob about this excellent product. He even sent me a FREE greening brush. His manual states that with proper care, a golf course should last around 5-8 years. Oh, by the way, if you're installing permanently make sure it can be used to drain properly, that was another key to longevity. I highly recommend this item!
