I’ve been looking for something to use on my desk to help organize knick-knacks that end up on my desk throughout the day. I decided to get this storage drawer with laptop stand and it ended up working really well. It fits perfectly under my monitor that is mounted on a monitor stand. The laptop stand part of this unit is detachable and it can be used separately. I have actually been using it for both my laptop and for books. The entire unit is sturdy and seems to be well made. The only criticism I have is that it’s a little noisy. When you pull the drawer out or push it back in, the metal rattles quite a bit. Some noise is to be expected, but it seems louder than other metal drawer systems I’ve used. That isn’t a dealbreaker for me though. It’s a good stand and it works well.
