This was quick to assemble- four screws and done. The rose gold color is a bit more brassy than others, but the hanging file organizer bit was more important to me than its color.It does not come with the hanging files. The ones I had on hand dropped right in and fit fine.I don’t know how well this would hold up if you’re constantly moving it back and forth or pulling it out of the shelf frequently. I wanted it to sit on top of my desk so I could quickly organize and pull printed materials for our homeschool curriculum without a three ring binder.
