Bought to use with my Samsung S10+ when I'm in bed. The plan was to put it on the headboard and hang it down so I can watch movies/videos while lying down. While the arm's range of motion is adequate, the base isn't heavy enough to support the phone and it does tip over. If you plan to use this for a webcam on your desk, you should be fine. It should also work to hold your phone as long as you don't have too much clearance, which I think defeats the purpose of this stand. The base just isn't heavy enough to support the weight and it will tip over. Consider sending it back and getting something of better value.
