I'm using these on my first round right now and they seem to be very well done. I was short on free space and my wort rose on top of me and some of the brine spilled onto the top of the lid which got moldy (no yeast, it sure was mold). Then I couldn't resist and had to open the lid to look inside; There is no sign of mold inside so I'm confident the airlocks offer a solid one-way seal as they were designed. The pump is something most other options don't have. Date dials are a great idea too - since I'm not sure how long I'll be letting these ferments rise, I use them to remind myself of the start date, not the end date. The only thing I would change is the packaging. I think it would be nice to offer sets of 3 and 6 with OR without the extra pump if people already have a pump or two and don't need another. I would not change anything on the sluice covers and the pumps themselves.
